For the sixth year, Gary Osborne organized and presented the annual "Insurance
Law Year In Review" seminar on behalf of the Insurance/Bad Faith
Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. In this program, which
took place on January 20, 2015, a panel of San Diego's leading insurance
coverage lawyers reviewed the most notable insurance cases decided in
2014 and discussed how those cases will impact coverage in California
during the coming year.
