On March 30, 2009, the United States District Court for the Central District of California granted the motion for partial summary judgment of O&N client, Tradewind Products, Inc., against Hartford Fire Insurance Company, on the issue of the amount of Tradewind’s contractual damages and prejudgment interest to which it was entitled. As a result of Hartford’s breach of its duty to defend, District Court Judge Christina A. Snyder awarded Tradewind $913,160.15 in contractual damages and $467,274.50 in prejudgment interest
