On February 19, 2009, the United States District Court for the Central District of California ruled in favor of O&N client, Thane International, Inc., following a bench trial addressing Thane’s defense and settlement damages following Hartford’s breach of its duty to defend. District Court Judge Virginia A. Phillips ruled in Thane’s favor on all issues.
